The third National Referee Seminar organised by Japan Karate Do Goju-Ryu Osikai Association Nepal kicked off at National Sports Council’s covered hall, Tripureshwor, in the capital on Thursday.

The Seminar organised under the coordination of Nepal Karate Federation was jointly conducted by head coach and technical coordinator Mahesh Kumar Shrestha and Federation’s referee coordinator Rajendra Kapali.

Altogether 61 referees are participating in the two day event focusing on the upcoming Sixth National Goju-Ryu Osikai Karate Championship, according to the Association. “The tournament will be held on July 5-6, 2014 in the capital.”
