He said this while addressing a party workers gathering organized by the Nepali Congress (NC) Makwanpur district committee here today.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Development Singh said high priority has been accorded in the new budget the government is bringing tomorrow to the programme of providing concessional loans for increasing agricultural productivity and employment opportunities to the unemployed youths.
Also the NC general secretary, Singh called on the party cadres to work for strengthening the party organization.
He said that the Rs 50 million to be given the MPs would not be allowed to be used for personal needs and assured that mechanisms would be put in place to ensure that the amount meant for the development of the electoral constituencies would not be misused in any manner.
Constituent Assembly (CA) members Indra Bahadur Baniya and Mahalaxmi Upadhyay spoke on the need of giving priority to constitution writing and infrastructure development.
