Babiyachour (Myagdi), July 3: An agro-product collection centre has been established at Ghar VDC in Myagdi district. Farmers associated to Malika Farmers Group established the centre investing more than Rs 400,000 with the objective of marketizing agro-products including vegetables and fruits produced in the village in an easy and smooth manner after collecting them at the centre.
As many as 150 farmers of Ghar-5, 6 and 7 would be benefited from the centre. The centre was constructed with the financial support of District Agricultural Development Office. Building Construction Committee Chairman Phoud Bahadur Baruwal said that the District Agricultural Office provided Rs 250,000 grant to construct the two-room building of the centre.
