At the meeting coordinated by Secretary at OPMCM, Shanta Raj Subedi, the officials discussed the efforts made for easy supply of the medicine and current stock.
On the occasion, Secretary Subedi directed the attending officials to manage reliable and quick supply of the medicine throughout the monsoon season considering the public complaints.
On the occasion, Officiating Secretary at Health Ministry Dr Tirtha Raj Burlakoti informed that the current stock of the medicine could suffice for only seven days. But, 4,000 vials of anti snake venom were being brought from India which can manage for a month.
He made commitment that there will not be the shortage of anti snake venom, as the procurement process would be complete within a month, according to the OPMCM. RSS
