At a programme on relating to constitution writing in the capital city on Tuesday, Chairman Dahal said he was wondering over the activities of the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML who did not agree to promulgate constitution on consensus from the first Constituent Assembly.
He warned that if the constitution was promulgated on mathematical calculation rather than consensus, they would protest it.
Moreover, he stressed on the unity among all political parties which are in and out of the CA.
On the occasion, CPN-Maoist Chairman Mohan Baidya said they would not accept the constitution until an agreement was made on its content through an all-side political conference.
National consensus is the present need, he added. General Secretary of the CPN (United), Pari Thapa argued that the second CA also can not bring the new constitution.
